Jeannine is a seasoned attorney with over 18 years of expertise in the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects in Latin America.
As General Counsel at Atlas, she brings extensive experience from her previous role as a partner at White & Case LLP, where she skillfully represented sponsors and creditors in intricate multi-currency and multi-source financings.
Jeannine holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and two bachelors’ degrees from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. She is licensed in New York and Florida.
