Jorge Bianchi

Jorge Bianchi is a seasoned executive with decades of experience in organizational and people development, driving strategies for transformative growth. He currently serves as the People Director in the Energy Sector at Atlas Renewable Energy.
Before joining Atlas, Jorge was a managing partner and co-founder of Evolve Up, a consultancy championing Conscious Capitalism. For nine years, he led initiatives to define higher purposes, enhance leadership capabilities, and align organizational cultures with business strategies.
Jorge holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Illinois and a bachelor’s in science in Mechanical Engineering from the Metropolitan University.
