Manoel de Andrade
Project Development Director
Manoel de Andrade has extensive experience in the renewables industry and the power sector in the Brazilian market. Manoel focuses on power generation, sustainability, renewable energy, wind energy, solar energy, energy auctions, and engineering.
Prior to joining Atlas, Manoel held various key positions in renowned organizations. He served as a Board member for the Associação Brasileira de Energia Solar Fotovoltaica – ABSOLAR from April 2020 to April 2022. Additionally, he worked as a Business Development Manager at SunEdison (formerly Fenice Energy) for over five years, from November 2011 to April 2017. During his time at SunEdison, Manoel also held the position of Greenfield Development Director from February 2016 to March 2017. His role involved driving the development of greenfield projects in Brazil.
Manoel has an engineering degree from the Universidade de Pernambuco, an MBA from Ibmec and a specialization in maintenance and management from the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
