Tilman Gruber

Tilman is a seasoned energy professional with 20 years of experience at RWE before joining Atlas Renewable Energy.
At RWE he held leadership positions, including Head of Origination and Development in Iberia, where he expanded into the Portuguese market. As global Head of Technical Excellence and Engineering, Tilman built and grew technical teams and processes worldwide. After that, he played a crucial role in developing the company’s presence in Latin America, overseeing team growth and expanding the project pipeline.
Prior to RWE, Tilman contributed to business development at ABB in Latin America, Turkey and other markets, as well as Siemens’ Power Generation business across the Americas.
Tilman holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica Madrid and completed the General Management Program at IESE Business School.
