I. Identity and Domicile.
Atlas Renewable Energy México, S. De R.L. De C.V. (the “Responsible Party”), in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Individuals “(Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares)”, its Regulation and Standards- (the “Law”), hereby informs to the general public the terms and conditions of this privacy notice (the “Privacy Notice”) regarding the use of personal data that from time to time might be collected.
For all purposes related to this Privacy Notice, the Responsible Party appoints as its address Andrés Bello 10 – 402, Polanco IV Section, Mexico City, 11560.
II. Personal Data, object of treatment and purpose.
The personal information provided or collected by the Responsible Party will be used, as appropriate, for (i) contact ; (ii) provide the requested services; (iii) create, upload and keep your profile updated in the Responsible Party’s database; (iv) comply with the purpose of the relationship arising from the processing of personal data.
For the purposes set forth in the previous paragraph, the Responsible Party may require the following personal information: name, e-mail address, position, company, telephone number, as well as any other personal information related to complaints and suggestions that from time to time are notified to the Responsible Party (the “Personal Data”).
III. Means for access, rectification, cancellation and/or opposition to the processing of data.
In the event of any concern or doubt about the treatment that the Responsible Party use with Personal Data or if you wish to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the treatment of the personal data, please contact the Personal Data Committee, by sending an e-mail to dataprivacy@atlasren.com or calling +52 55 7252 2000, specifying your name, e-mail address, telephone number and your request, attaching sufficient documentation to identify you as the owner of the Personal Data. The person in charge of the processing of Personal Data will acknowledge receipt of your request. The request will be analyzed in accordance with the Law and the corresponding response will be given no later than five working days after the day on which it was received, to the e-mail address used to carry out the request.
IV. Means to modify the Privacy Notice.
This privacy notice may be modified to implement improvements and/or new security measures. Any changes will be communicated through a publication on our website www.atlasrenwableneergy.com. The revised Privacy Notice will be effective seven business days after said publication.
V. Integral Privacy Notice.
The integral privacy notice is available at the address of the Responsible Party. You may also send an email requesting the full privacy notice to the Personal Data Committee. The Personal Data Committee will acknowledge receipt and send the integral privacy notice the day following the date it received the request, to the same email address.

Atlas Energia Renovável do Brasil S.A. (“Owner” or “Atlas Brasil”) makes available to you this Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice”), to establish the terms and conditions for the processing of personal data that Atlas may receive from time to time.
Atlas Brasil is committed to respecting your privacy. You are not required to provide any personal information when accessing our website. However, you can choose to contact us by completing the form available at the “Contact us” and “Complaints and Suggestions Form” sections on that page. In this case, in order to provide you with a proper reply, we’ll ask you to provide your name, e-mail address, and expressly accept the Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”), available at: Privacy Notice – Brazil: Personal Data Processing Policy. In that case, we will process your data under the conditions set forth in the Policy.
Personal Data Processing Policy
The present Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) regulates the collection, storage, use, circulation and removal of personal data by Atlas Energia Renovável do Brasil S.A. (the “Owner” or “Atlas Brasil”), pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 13,709 of 2018, which sets forth the general conditions for protection of personal data (the “Personal Data”).

2. Processing to which personal data will be submitted, and purpose.
Personal data will be collected, stored, organized, used, circulated, transmitted, transferred, updated, corrected, replaced, removed, and managed according to the nature of the data and the purpose set forth herein.
2.1. Purpose of collecting personal data.
Atlas Brasil will have access to data of its customers, suppliers and employees, such as their names, identification documents, e-mail address, telephone number, and others.
This data will be collected for the following purposes:
2.1.1. To contact you.
2.1.2. To provide the requested service.
2.1.3. To set up and keep your profile updated in the Owner’s database.
2.1.4. To fulfill the purpose of the relationship that gave rise to the processing of personal data.
2.1.5. To forward information about our events, publications, and other services that could be of interest to you.
3. Transfer and transmission of personal data.
Atlas Brasil will be entitled to transfer the data of its customers, suppliers and employees to international allies and members of its conglomerate based in the United States of America, Mexico, Chile, Uruguay, or any country where the Owner or its related parties operate, within the scope of development of Atlas Energia Renovável business, as set forth in this Policy and pursuant to the provisions of Articles 33 to 35 of Act No. 13.709.
4. Rights granted to the holder of personal data.
Atlas Brasil undertakes to observe the rights of the holders of the personal data collected, pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 13,709, exercising due care in the processing and handling of the personal data collected.
5. Procedure for accessing, correcting, deleting, and blocking the processing of personal data.
Personal data should be corrected, removed or blocked as provided for in Article 18 of Act No. 13,709.
In order to make access to this procedure easier, Atlas Brasil hereby declares that any person having any concerns or doubts about how the Owner processes Personal Data, or wishing to correct, remove or block the processing of their Personal Data, will be able to contact the Owner by sending an e-mail to dataprivacy@atlasren.com, identifying his/her name, e-mail address, telephone number, and request, attaching documents that allow identifying him/her as the holder of the Personal Data.
The request will be reviewed pursuant to the Law, and will be answered within five (5) business days after the request is received, to the email address used to submit the request.
6. Security of the information of personal data holders.
Atlas Brasil has taken reasonable technical, administrative and human measures to protect the information of the Holders and prevent tampering, loss, query, use, or unauthorized or fraudulent access. Access to personal data is restricted to its Holders, and Atlas Brasil will not allow third parties to access this information, unless expressly requested by the Holder of the data or persons entitled to do so pursuant to the Brazilian law.
7. Term of the Policy.
Atlas Brasil has the Policy in place since 2020. Any material amendments to this policy will be notified by means of a publication on the www.atlasrenewableenergy.com website.
The termination of consents for the use of personal data will be made under the conditions provided for in Act No. 13.709.

Personal Data Processing Policy
This Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) governs the collection, storage, use, circulation and deletion of personal data performed by Atlas Renewable Energy Chile SpA (the “Responsible Party” or “Atlas Chile”), in accordance with the provisions contained in Law No. 19,628 of 1999 and its amendment by Law No. 20,575 of 2012, through which general provisions are issued for the protection of personal data (the “Personal Data”).

2. Treatment to which personal data shall be submitted and its purpose.
Personal data are collected, stored, organized, used, circulated, transmitted, transferred, updated, rectified, deleted, eliminated and managed in accordance with the nature of the data and the purposes set forth in this Policy.
2.1. Purpose of personal data collection.
Atlas Chile accesses data of its clients and collaborators such as their names, identification numbers, e-mails, home and mobile phones, among others.
These data are collected with the following purposes:
2.1.1. To contact you.
2.1.2. To provide the requested services.
2.1.3. To create, upload and keep your profile updated in the database of the Responsible Party.
2.1.4. To comply with the purpose of the relationship that has originated the processing of personal data.
2.1.5. To send you information about our events, publications and other services that may be of your interest.
3. Transfer and transmission of personal data.
Atlas Chile may transfer data of its clients and collaborators to international partners and members of its business group located in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Uruguay or any country where the Responsible Party or its related parties have operations, within the development of Atlas Renewable Energy’s business, as established in this Policy and in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of Law 19,628.
4. Rights of personal data holder.
Atlas Chile commits to ensure the rights of the holders of the personal data collected, in accordance with the provisions of Title II of Law 19,628, articles 12 to 16 and in general, exercising due care over the processing and handling of the personal data collected.
5. Procedure for access, rectification, cancellation and/or blocking of personal data processing.
Personal data shall be rectified, cancelled or blocked in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of Law 19,628.
In order to facilitate the access to this procedure, Atlas Chile provides that any person who may have any concern or doubt about the treatment of their Personal Data by the Responsible Party, or in case of wanting to rectify, cancel and/or block the treatment of their Personal Data, shall be able to contact the Responsible Party by sending an e-mail to dataprivacy@atlasren.com, specifying their name, e-mail address, telephone number and their request, attaching enough documentation that allows to identify them as the owner of the Personal Data.
The request shall be analyzed in accordance with the Law and the corresponding response shall be given no later than five business days after the day on which it was received, to the e-mail address used to carry out the request.
6. Security of the information of the personal data holder.
Atlas Chile has adopted reasonable technical, administrative and human measures to protect the information of the holders and to prevent adulteration, loss, unauthorized or fraudulent consultation or use of personal data. Access to personal data is restricted to its holders and Atlas Chile will not allow access to this information by third parties, except at the express request of the data holder or persons authorized in accordance with local regulations.
7. Validity of the Policy.
Atlas Chile has had a General Information Security Policy since 2020. Any substantial change to this policy shall be announced by means of a notice on the website www.atlasrenewableenergy.com.
The revocation of the authorization for use of personal data shall be given under the terms and conditions provided by Law 19,628.
