Iris is intended to encourage all employees to disclose any wrongdoing that may adversely impact themselves, the Company, shareholders, employees or the public at large.

Employees seeking to make a report about any concern will have the following methods available for reporting the issue:

  • Direct Reporting: As established in the Company policies, employees have the option of reporting an issue directly to their supervisor, the General Counsel, the Head of the People Department or the CEO.
  • Iris Reporting System: Additionally, employees can report the matter through, an independent, anonymous, and secure reporting service delivered by Convercent Inc. The service is available 24 hours a day through these channels in three languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.

In all cases, the nature and circumstances of the report will determine the Company’s course of action.

During the process of the investigation, the reporting party will be notified of the following:

  • Acknowledgment that the disclosed information has been received and will be investigated and appropriate measures will be determined based upon the outcome of the investigation;
  • Additional request for further information, if the initial allegation is vague or not specific enough.
